COUNTRYSIDE HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION IN NORTH WALES

The Coach House at Glan Clwyd Isa is a characterful barn conversion sleeping up to 4 guests across two bedrooms, set within our private 30-acre countryside estate in the Vale of Clwyd.

The Coach House provides comfortable self-catering accommodation for couples, families and smaller groups. The cottage has one super king-size bedroom and one twin bedroom. The super king-size bedroom has French doors opening onto a small patio, with steps leading to garden level.

The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, basin and WC. Downstairs, the open-plan living area combines a comfortable sitting area with woodburner, dining space and fully equipped kitchen.

Guests can enjoy the cottage’s outdoor space as well as access to the wider Glan Clwyd Isa estate, seasonal outdoor heated swimming pool and countryside surroundings.

Note: The outdoor heated swimming pool is seasonal. Please check current availability before your stay.

Note: The swimming pool is outdoors in a countryside setting and local wildlife may occasionally visit the pool area. A pool net is provided.

Note: The swimming pool closes at 6:30 pm for routine water treatment and cleaning.

  • Beautiful property, beautiful location. The most relaxing break we have had in a long time. We stayed for 3 nights, late December and loved it. The property is spotlessly clean and warm with the added luxury of a log burner. The large French doors overlooked a pond with open countryside beyond. Loved breakfast just taking in the views. We had family over for a get together one night and no one wanted to leave. As it says, the property is pet friendly. We had our teenage daughter and her friend with us and our dog, plenty of room for us all. The owners, Mr and Mrs Crossley are very helpful and leave you to your own devices but are always there to help if needed. We hope to return again this year.

  • What a lovely property. The place was in beautiful surroundings. It was very peaceful there, very well equipped, very clean and comfortable. We didn’t want to leave. It is just perfect. Would highly recommend this place.

  • Stayed for a week with my missus and daughter and dog ,and in laws came down fora couple of days ,we have travelled the world over the years and the coach house will always have a special place in my memories , the cottage is great could not fault it , views beautiful , Linda and hughie 2 genuine nice people , the views and cottage are stunning , so much to do , my 8yr old daughter caught her first rainbow trout and went on to catch many more , while me and father in law didn’t manage any that day , pool is nice and peaceful , thank you Linda and hughie had a great time , will be back soon , love the place , Eddie Lynn Cerys and bert the dog If you want somewhere to relax and chill out this is the place to go.

  • If you want to get away from the stresses of life then this is the place to stay. We loved the cottage and found it perfect for our needs in its peaceful location surrounded by fields with farm animals and its own pond for ducks and moorhens and their chicks, so lovely to watch when sitting outside, together with other wildlife to discover. The owners were very nice and welcoming and their three dogs soon became regular visitors for a morning pat. The cottage location has its own charming atmosphere about it with the hills beyond and with local walks, yet is within easy reach of many places to visit, either to the Snowdonia National Park region and Bodnant Gardens, or to the beautiful city of Chester where you can easily get to Liverpool by train in 40 minutes, all well worth a visit.

  • This is a super location for peace and tranquility with nature right on the doorstep. Easy access to beaches and Snowdonia just an hour away via good roads. We loved sitting outside by the pond in warm sunshine eating our breakfast listening to the birds and insects. The coach house was a comfortable place, with a well stocked kitchen and super main bedroom. Mr and Mrs Crossley were lovely hosts. Fantastic pub nearby too. We had a really great holiday.

  • The Coach House is situated deep in the Welsh countryside with fantastic views, but civilisation (including a dog-friendly pub) is a just a short distance away. The two-bedroomed cottage is well equipped including wood-burner, washing machine & dishwasher, and comfortably furnished. We didn’t have the pleasure of meeting the owners as they were away when we stayed, but we found Mrs Crossley to be extremely helpful in tracking down my daughter’s macbook external hard-drive (which had somehow got mixed up in the bedsheets & sent to the laundry) and returning it to us by special delivery. We’ll definitely be back!
